Good on all purchases or cash advances.  If you have a VISA card with us already and you have an existing balance, that balance will stay at your previous rate.  Any new purchase or cash advance will be at the new rate.  Transfer you other credit card balances and get the rate.  If you don't have a VISA card with us and would like to have one apply now!
