First Annual Youth Membership Appreciation Day
Thank you to everyone who helped to make Dakota Star Federal Credit Union's First Annual Youth Membership Appreciation Day a success!! Due in large part to many local businesses' generosity, every youth member who participated won at least one prize! With continued support, we hope this event will continue to grow bigger and better every year. This year's events included a bean bag toss, a ring toss, guess how many candy pieces were in the jar and sidewalk chalk art. One young member used their chalk to draw a heart and put the names Anne & Doug on the inside. Not only did the youth members enjoy the event, a couple of adults were caught playing the games on their way out of the credit union. We are looking forward to this event next year and other events like it.

A scam is currently in process where an unknown company is calling cell phones to inform the owner that their debit card has been compromised. The automated message then instructs the card holder that if they would like to have their card deactivated to press the 1 key. After pressing the 1 key, you are then instructed to enter in your 16 digit card number.
THIS IS A SCAM!!!
If you receive a call like this DO NOT respond! Dakota Star Federal Credit Union will NEVER contact you with an automated message. We ALWAYS call our member in person and notify you.
